Coffee Project NY (Chelsea)

What an AWESOME place! Loved the coffee, had tons of selection for pourovers. Had a lovely single o from China (which was a first). The barista who made my v60 was super friendly, insightful, and interesting (good luck in the roasting champs!). Chains get a lot of stick. But this was awesome.
